Frosting - A crystalline white frosting layer may form on the top or sides of the candle wax. This is a natural feature of soy and is proof that your candle is made from 100% natural soy wax and will not affect the use of the candle.
Top of the Candle (Wax) - When burning a soy candle, you may notice that the top of the wax is not completely smooth. This is caused by the natural reaction between the oil and the wax.
Color - Each of our Earth & Pure candles is meticulously handmade and delivered fresh to you weekly, rather than being stored for a long time. Therefore, there may be slight differences in color and shape, but this does not affect the quality or use of the product. Earth & Pure products do not contain any harmful substances and can be used with confidence.

- キャンドルの芯は、使用前に必ず5mm程度にカットしてください。
- 初めにキャンドルを使うときは、キャンドルの中心だけが溶けるトンネル現象を防ぐため、容器の円周まで蝋が溶けるようにしましょう。
- 一度に2～3時間だけ焚くようにしてください。
- 火のついたキャンドルは、すきま風、天井扇、あらゆる気流から遠ざけてください。
- 火のついたキャンドルを絶対に放置しないでください。
- 容器の内側に黒い煤のようなものがついたら、火が強すぎます。火を消して、キャンドルが冷めるまで待ち、芯を5mm程度にカットしてからもう一度火をつけてください。
はい、キャンドルの煙がたくさん出て、容器に煤がつくのを防ぐため、毎回芯を5mm（購入時の短さ）に切ってから灯すことをおすすめします。長い芯や曲がった芯は、燃焼ムラや液だれ、さらにはフレアーの原因になります。芯切りは専用の道具もありますが、身近にあるハサミでも大丈夫です。芯をトリムするのは、キャンドルが完全に乾いてからにしてください。
特に初めて火をつけるときは、2～3時間焚くことをおすすめします。そうすることで蝋が均一に溶け、トンネル現象を防ぐことができます。ソイワックスは溶けるパターンを記憶すると言われているので、ワックスを端まで溶かさないと、以降燃やすときの円周のワックスが無駄になってしまいます。一方、キャンドルを長く焚きすぎると、香りがすぐに消えてしまい、後で楽しむ香りが少なくなってしまいます。
もちろんです！Earth & Pureのキャンドルは、室内用に作られており、すべてのキャンドルに使用されている成分は、国際香粧品香料協会（IFRA）および香粧品香料研究所（RIFM）の厳しい安全基準を満たしていますので、室内の空気を汚すことなくお子様やペットの周りでも安心してご利用いただけます。ただし、キャンドルを灯したら、絶対に側を離れてはいけません！

Earth & Pureのキャンドルは、100％天然でエコなソイワックス（大豆蝋）、有害物質を一切含まない高級フレグランスオイル、天然のコットンまたは木製の芯、クリーンで安全な着色料で作られています。有害物質や添加物は使うことはありません。未来の世代のためにも、常に生分解性を意識して製造に取り組んでいます。
Earth & Pureでは、有害な化学物質を含むことの多い安定剤などの添加物を一切使用していません。そのため、気温や湿度の高い場所にキャンドルを置いていると、中に含まれている成分が表面ににじみ出ることがあります。拭き取ってしまうと、香料が少なくなり、香りの効果を損なってしまいますので、拭かずに涼しくて乾燥した場所（冷蔵庫など）に少し置き、また取り出してそのまま芯に火を灯してご利用ください。着火することはありませんので、ご安心ください。
